Jessica’s dedication to crafting and evolving her training style for over 20 years continues to expand.  From young children to senior citizens and everyone in between her services include; student-athletes preparing for a variety of collegiate sports, parents coping with life-demands, individuals with special needs, people moving through daily life stresses, physical therapy, better health, wellness, and more.  Jessica devotes her vast experience, empathy, credibility, and passion, aiming for personal results that move the needle for each individual towards their goals that has invested in her mentorship, qualifications, and training style.

 

SEL Fitness is essentially improving Emotional Intelligence + Movement Therapy.  It is teaching students the tools to access the potential within themselves.  The best part, results and positive mood change are immediate.  Students, teachers, staff, families and communities are pressing play on SEL Fitness and they feel energized, refocused and a clearing of negative emotions.  SEL Fitness curriculum is consistently teaching how to move the static, shift the mindset, reset the nervous system and evolve the culture within the growing student.
